Bryley Deneen: Co-Leader

  • I will create the group plan’s Google document. 

  • I will format the tables inside the Google document.

  • I will connect the Google document to everyone’s Gmail accounts.

  • I will help gather the team’s availability for a Zoom meeting.  This will be achieved by sending out a Doodle poll on February 11th, 2022. 

  • Once the Doodle poll’s results are collected, I will set an official meeting time. 

  • I will also host and lead the Zoom call.

  • I will proofread the Google document before submission, ensuring everything is grammatically correct.  I will also make sure all of our notes are rephrased into complete sentences.

  • I will post the project on our blog and notify everyone once it is posted.


 

 

 

 

Sara Barker: 

  • I will attend the Zoom meeting.

  • While attending the Zoom meeting, I will discuss my roles for our future projects.

  • I will help Bryley input the Group Plan’s chart into Blogger. Here I will instruct her on how to use basic HTML.

  • Before the first Zoom meeting, I will create stock roles for the E-Archive project.  These roles will be divided among teammates in the Group Plan.  Roles will be swapped and edited upon the start of our first meeting.
